DANIEL FLAIG

CAPVIS – Managing Partner
Daniel Flaig has been in Private Equity since 1995 when he joined Capvis’ predecessor company SBC Equity Partners Ltd. Previously, he was a business consultant with Arthur Andersen in Zurich.

Daniel Flaig is a Managing Partner and Chairperson of the Investment Committee at Capvis AG. He serves on the boards of hessnatur, arena, Gotha Cosmetics and Kaffee Partner. Previously, he has served on the boards of current/former Capvis portfolio companies: Felss, Bartec, Benninger, Uster, VAT, WMF, Wittur.

Daniel holds a Master’s of Science from Stanford University and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Daniel has also studied at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce, Lyon and the University of British Columbia, Vancouver.

JOHANNA DOLCI

CAPVIS – Investment Director
Johanna Dolci has been with Capvis since 2017. Prior to joining Capvis, Johanna worked in the Industrial Team at Barclays Investment Bank in London and at CMC Capital.

Johanna is an Investment Director at Capvis and serves on the boards of arena, Gotha Cosmetics, hessnatur and Kaffee Partner.

Johanna holds a Master’s of Science in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics & Management from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

PETER GRASCHI

Appointed June 2021.
Before joining arena in 2021, Peter Graschi worked in the fashion industry for 16 years, most recently in various management positions at TALLY WEiJL (2016-2021) and before at the Swiss headquarters of the Holy Fashion Group (JOOP!, Strellson, windsor) as Group CFO.

Peter holds a Swiss federal diploma as Chartered Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting.

GIUSEPPE MUSCIACCHIO

DEPUTY CEO
Appointed September 2016.
Giuseppe Musciacchio joined arena in 2007 as Marketing Director with a broad mandate that included brand strategy, communications and product design & development strategy.

From 2011-2016 he was General Manager for Brand Development and served as co-CEO until his appointment as Deputy CEO in June 2021. Prior to arena, Giuseppe worked at Playtex Europe (2001-2006) and Barilla (1997-2001).

Giuseppe holds a degree in Economics at the University of Parma.
