MARKETING
This department tracks consumers’ needs, manages the brand’s strategic market position and its communication, promotes products, sets price policies, and carries out qualitative-quantitative studies of the company’s competitors. It’s also in charge to apply marketing levers useful to increase the demand at wholesaler, retailer or distributor.
SALES
This department is in charge of the strategic-operational management of sales channels, both traditional and on-line, with the aim to develop an Omni-Channel customer experience. It also coordinates the business network, tracks orders and handles customer relations.
RETAIL
The retail department manages the direct sales channel through the arena Group’s single-brand stores.
PRODUCT
This is the department in charge of stylistic design, prototyping and innovative research into products.
QUALITY
The quality control department ensures the products comply with the technical specifications before they are sent out for sale. It also ensures in-house organisational procedures comply with the quality control systems.
SUPPLY CHAIN
This department ensures the supply of goods meets market demand, guaranteeing efficient distribution procedures through proper storage and delivery operations.
SOURCING
This department handles relations with suppliers, negotiates purchasing terms and conditions, and ensures an efficient supply of products while constantly monitoring cost-saving.
PRODUCTION
This department ensures product manufacturing deadlines are met to boost manufacturing efficiency and ensure optimum “lead time”.
HR
In charge of managing the company’s human resources viewed as its wealth of professional expertise and assets it supports other departments through operations focused around recruiting, training, assessing and developing staff. It also promotes the brand’s business culture.
IT
The IT department is responsible for managing the company’s technological-information operations so it can hit its business goals. It’s also in charge for all the digitalization processes of the company and to manage Big Data.
FINANCE, ADMINISTRATION & CONTROLLING
This department handles the accounts, auditing and analysis/monitoring of important business management data.
